ZACH RANKIN OUT OF GLASGOW PRISON AND SEEN WALKING THE STREETS AFTER EARLY RELEASE
In a development that has sparked widespread concern and outrage, Zach Rankin, a convicted serial sex offender from Glasgow, has been spotted walking freely on the streets of the city’s West End and Partick area following his early release from prison.Rankin, aged 29, was previously incarcerated for nearly a decade after being convicted of multiple heinous crimes involving the sexual assault of three women he had lured with extravagant dates and gestures.
Sources close to the situation have confirmed that Rankin is now back on the streets, much to the alarm of local residents and authorities alike.
One informant stated, “He is now free, walking the streets of Partick and the West End of Glasgow, where many young women and students live and frequent.

He was convicted of raping three women, including a young girl aged just 15, and subjecting them to violent sexual assaults.
His modus operandi involved charming his victims with lavish gifts and expensive outings before subjecting them to terrifying ordeals.
His confidence in his secrecy was so high that he recorded a vile song on YouTube, which contained degrading lyrics about women, referring to them as “sl*ts.” One individual, who was once close to Rankin, expressed her concern about his release, saying, “The fact he’s out has made its way around his previous circles.
It has sparked a lot of negative reaction.
When the police did their investigation, they only focused on previous girlfriends of Zach.
I know of quite a few women who have been affected by him.” Among his victims was a young woman who recounted her traumatic experience after Rankin was found guilty by a jury of five rapes and six assaults.
She revealed her fears of revenge and her plans to escape Glasgow, describing how Rankin, from his jail cell, would plot to ruin her life.
She explained that she met Rankin when she was just 24 and initially believed he was a charming “salesman,” but soon discovered his true nature.
His outward appearance—designer suits and nights out—was merely a facade, masking his dependence on financial support from his parents and his inability to sustain himself independently.
She detailed how Rankin would choke her during sex and raped her when she was asleep, watching porn as he assaulted her.
She thought she had escaped him when he ended their relationship in 2013, but he raped her again before she could leave.
Her account was emotionally harrowing, stating, “I’ve never been the same since.
Now if someone looks at me the wrong way, it takes me back to that place, and I can’t think about anything else.
I have flashbacks of hands around my neck.” Another victim, a 15-year-old girl, described how she became involved with Rankin as her first boyfriend, only to see their relationship turn abusive.
She recounted an incident during a camping trip at South Beach, Troon, in Ayrshire, in 2010, where he raped her in a tent after she tried to end the relationship.
Her account was supported by other women, including a 24-year-old single mother of mixed race, who said Rankin had physically assaulted her, spat on her, and raped her on two occasions in flats located in Pollokshields, Glasgow.
She also revealed that Rankin racially abused her during their relationship.
All these offenses occurred between January 2010 and May 2014, overlapping in ways that revealed a pattern of predatory behavior.
During his trial, Rankin denied all charges, claiming that the women consented to the sex and suggesting they lied out of spite.
His courtroom demeanor, including boasting about his physical endowment and claiming to be “a connoisseur of porn,” drew disgusted reactions from the jury.
In June 2015, Rankin was sentenced to nine and a half years in prison at the High Court in Edinburgh.
Judge Lord Bannatyne described his attitude towards women as “clearly disordered” and emphasized the danger he posed.
The judge ordered that Rankin’s name be added to the sex offenders’ register indefinitely.
However, a Scottish Prison Service spokeswoman has since confirmed that Rankin is no longer in custody, raising serious concerns about his current whereabouts and the potential risk he poses to the community.
