WINSTON MCCONNELL BANNED FROM CONTACT WITH CHILDREN IN BELFAST AND COLERAINE AFTER SEX OFFENCES

The Belfast Magistrates’ Court, which heard the case last Tuesday, was informed that police had requested the new restrictions due to concerns that McConnell might still pose a threat to the public, particularly to children.
