WILLIAM SPENCER OF HALEWOOD SENTENCED TO 16 YEARS FOR CHILD SEX ABUSE IN MERSEYSIDE

William Spencer, a resident of Keston Walk in Halewood, was convicted following a trial that revealed the extent of his criminal conduct. The offences against the girl, who is now in her 50s, occurred over a period of five years, culminating in 1973.
