Connah's Quay Sexual Abuser
William Richardson, a 76-year-old resident of Connah’s Quay, has been sentenced to three years in prison after being convicted of indecently assaulting a young girl more than 15 years ago. The conviction followed a trial, during which the court recognized the impact of the abuse, with the victim reporting the incident as an adult. In addition to the prison sentence, Richardson is required to register as a sex offender for life and must adhere to a ten-year sexual harm prevention order.
