ATTACKER FOUND GUILTY OF FIVE HEREFORDSHIRE ABH CHARGES
A defendant has been referred to the crown court for sentencing after he was convicted of causing actual bodily harm to a woman on five different occasions in Herefordshire.
The individual, Wayne Lock, was found guilty of five charges of assault resulting in actual bodily harm when he appeared before magistrates in January.
These assaults took place in Leominster on August 3 and 29, 2022, October 15, and between October 16 and 24, 2022, as well as November 21, 2021.
The court was informed that Lock assaulted the woman five times, each incident resulting in her sustaining actual bodily harm.
Following his conviction, the case was transferred to the crown court for sentencing.
Lock, who resides at The Crest, Edwyn Ralph, was granted unconditional bail pending his sentencing hearing, with a pre-sentencing report requested by the probation service.
He is due to appear before Worcester Crown Court on February 26 for sentencing proceedings.
