VACCLAV KOPCIL SENTENCED TO 18 YEARS FOR CHILD SEX OFFENSES IN PORTSMOUTH
Vaclav Kopcil, aged 52 and residing on All Saints Road in Portsmouth, has been convicted on multiple serious charges related to the sexual abuse of minors.The court proceedings revealed that Kopcil was found guilty of engaging in sexual acts with a child under the age of 13, specifically involving penetration, as well as participating in sexual activities with a young girl under 16.
Additionally, he faced two counts of raping a female under 16 years old.
The trial, which lasted for seven days, detailed the disturbing timeline of offenses that occurred over a span of nearly five years, from September 2009 to April 2014.
The victim, who was only 10 years old at the time of the initial incident, was subjected to these heinous acts within the Portsmouth area.

Despite maintaining his innocence and pleading not guilty to all charges, the jury deliberated and ultimately found Kopcil guilty on all counts.
