April 2011 Former court clerk fined for voyeurism A former Reading Crown Court official has been slapped with a fine after he was caught trying to secretly film a teenage girl in the shower. Trevor Rudge, who used to be a clerk at Old Shire Hall in The Forbury, was given a £500 fine after he admitted one count of voyeurism, observing a person doing a private act, at Aylesbury Crown Court on Wednesday. The 60-year-old, of Westmead Drive, Newbury, set up a mobile phone to record a 16-year-old undressing in a bathroom on Saturday, February 20, last year. The girl spotted the phone and the police were called. Rudge was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £150 and a £15 victim surcharge.
