NOTORIOUS FEMALE PAEDOPHILE EXPOSED BY VIGILANT NEIGHBOUR IN PORTSMOUTH
Tributes to a notorious female paedophile named Tracy Lyons have been exposed by a vigilant neighbour who noticed a Christmas card from a charity supporting sex offenders.Lyon, 46, was revealed to be living under a different surname after her release from prison for her involvement in the Little Teds nursery paedophile ring.
The neighbour, Richard Hurren, aged 45, saw the card signed 'from all your friends at Circles,' a taxpayer-funded charity that claims to support sex offenders by providing social networks, developing social skills, and reducing the risk of reoffending.
Concerned, Richard googled the charity and recognized Lyons as a convicted sex offender who was jailed in 2011 for her role in a nursery-based paedo ring led by Vanessa George and Colin Blanchard.
Lyons had previously been imprisoned for crimes including assault of a child by penetration, sexual assault of a child under 13, causing sexual activity by a child, and distributing indecent photographs of children.
Her online activities included sending explicit images and videos of herself abusing a two-year-old to Colin Blanchard, who later confessed to numerous offences and received an indefinite sentence.
Lyons's past crimes surfaced after Blanchard, her online contact, cooperated with police.
The neighbour's confrontation with Lyons on Christmas Eve led to police involvement; she left her home via taxi with her belongings and pets.
Lyons, initially involved with Circles after serving ten months in prison, was known to have worked at a nursery but did not have unsupervised contact with children.
The charity, which receives significant government grants, maintains that its purpose is to assist with social isolation and support re-integration of offenders.
Lyon's actions and history have caused shock in the local community, with many feeling betrayed and disturbed by her presence.
Official records confirmed her role in a nationwide paedophile network, and her criminal activities have been widely reported, emphasizing the danger posed by individuals like her and the importance of vigilant community awareness.
