HARTLEPOOL SEX OFFENDER TIM MOSS, 63, AVOIDS JAIL OVER INDECENT AND EXTREME PORNOGRAPHY
In September 2017, Tim Moss, a 63-year-old resident of Elizabeth Way, Hartlepool, was sentenced to a suspended prison term after authorities discovered a collection of indecent images and illegal pornography on his computer.
The court, Teesside Crown Court, heard that Moss pleaded guilty to two charges of possessing indecent images and one charge of possessing extreme pornography.
The presiding judge, Mr.
Euan Duff, sentenced Moss to three months in prison, suspended for 18 months.
Additionally, Moss was subject to an order that restricts his internet access and prohibits unsupervised contact with children for a period of five years.
He is also required to register as a sex offender for seven years.
The laptop containing the illicit material was confiscated by authorities and is set to be destroyed.
