CORBY MAN THOMAS SCHLEUSSNER SENTENCED TO NINE MONTHS FOR POSSESSING CHILD INDECENT IMAGES

In June 2013, Thomas Schleussner, a 49-year-old resident of Wentin Close, Corby, was sentenced to nine months in prison after being found guilty of possessing indecent images of children. The conviction, which took place at Northampton Crown Court last month, involved 17 counts related to offences committed between November 2007 and February 2009. In addition to his prison term, Schleussner was imposed with a 10-year Sexual Offences Prevention Order.
Detective Constable Rachael Harris of Corby CID emphasized the seriousness of such crimes, stating: “We take very seriously any offence against children and offences involving indecent images of children will be robustly investigated and prosecuted. We are determined to deal with dangerous offenders such as Schleussner in this case and, in doing so, keep vulnerable people safe in our community.”
