In a case that has shocked the Lewisham community, Thomas Hayes, a 22-year-old resident of Montana Building, Deals Gateway, was found guilty of possessing and downloading explicit images involving minors. The incident came to light after authorities uncovered the material stored on Hayes' personal laptop, which he had kept at his residence in Lewisham.According to court proceedings at Snaresbrook Crown Court, Hayes had been engaged in the activity for approximately four years prior to his arrest last July. The investigation revealed that he had downloaded numerous images depicting young boys engaged in sexual acts, a discovery that prompted immediate legal action.
