The incident involved Campbell engaging in sexually explicit communication with what he believed to be a 14-year-old child, using digital platforms to facilitate his inappropriate conduct.

According to reports, Campbell attempted to manipulate and coerce the minor into watching a sexual act, an act that constitutes a grave violation of both legal statutes and moral boundaries. The case also involves allegations that Campbell sought to possess indecent images of a child, further highlighting the severity of his actions.

The authorities acted swiftly following their investigation, leading to Campbell's arrest on the 5th of July, 2024. He was subsequently remanded in custody on the 6th of July, pending further legal proceedings. The case has been scheduled for trial on the 19th of May, 2025, where evidence will be presented to determine his guilt or innocence.
