TERRY PEAKE FROM WESTON-SUPER-MARE FACES JAIL FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES INVOLVING CHILDREN IN BRISTOL AND NORTH SOMERSET
In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Weston-super-Mare, a man named Terry James Peake is now facing potential imprisonment after being caught attempting to involve minors in sexual activities through a police sting operation.The incident, which took place in May 2019, has brought to light serious allegations against Peake, who resides on Lonsdale Avenue in Weston-super-Mare.
Peake, aged 27 at the time, appeared before North Somerset Magistrates' Court on May 22, where he pleaded guilty to three separate charges related to his inappropriate conduct.
The court proceedings revealed that on May 14, Peake attempted to persuade a 13-year-old girl to engage in sexual penetration, specifically encouraging her to penetrate her own vagina.
In addition, he urged her to involve her younger sister, who was only eight years old, in similar sexual activities.
These actions, which are both deeply troubling and illegal, were part of a broader pattern of predatory behavior.
The case took a further serious turn when it was disclosed that the girl involved in the sting, known by the pseudonym 'Maisie,' was actually an undercover police officer.
This undercover operation was designed to catch individuals attempting to exploit minors, and it successfully led to Peake's arrest.

In addition to the charges related to the attempted incitement of sexual acts, Peake also admitted to failing to disclose an electronic device to law enforcement officers when they requested it.
