MANCHESTER MAN JAILED FOR BRUTAL RAPE AFTER FLEEING TO IRELAND
Sultan Amjad, a 23-year-old man from Longsight, has been sentenced to four-and-a-half years in prison for the crime of rape.
He made an attempt to evade law enforcement by fleeing to Ireland after reports of multiple incidents of non-consensual sexual assault in September of the previous year.
