STUART TUDOR CONFRONTED IN CHESHIRE AFTER SEXUAL EXPLOITATION PLOT REVEALED
A man identified as Stuart Tudor, formerly residing in Connah's Quay and now living in Cheshire, has been brought to justice following a series of disturbing online interactions with a decoy posing as a 14-year-old girl.The incident unfolded after Tudor engaged in explicit and inappropriate conversations on social media platforms Scout and WhatsApp, where he expressed disturbing intentions and made lewd comments.
According to court proceedings at Mold Crown Court, Tudor initiated contact with what he believed was a teenage girl named Olivia from Flint.
Unbeknownst to him, the girl was part of a paedophile hunter operation designed to catch individuals attempting to exploit minors.
Tudor's messages, sent in August of the previous year, included questions about her clothing, bathing habits, and whether she took her phone into the bath.
He also asked if she wanted help washing her back, revealing a predatory mindset.
He further claimed to have taken lines of cocaine, describing his drug use to the decoy.
The exchanges grew increasingly explicit, with Tudor suggesting they spend time together watching films, taking drugs, drinking alcohol, and engaging in spanking.
He even sent an image depicting reddened buttocks, which WalesOnline reported.
Tudor inquired about her pajamas, her relationship status, and whether she had kissed anyone, offering to teach her how to kiss.
The conversation escalated to discussions of sexual activity, with Tudor proposing they could meet either in his car or in a hotel room.
When the decoy asked Tudor if her age bothered him, he responded ambiguously, implying that she liked him because he was older.
The following day, Tudor sent a 38-second video of a woman being spanked and instructed her to delete it immediately.
His actions demonstrated a clear attempt to incite sexual activity with a minor.
On August 27, 2022, a group of six paedophile hunters, of which the decoy was a member, confronted Tudor at his residence.
The police were called to the scene, and Tudor was arrested.
A Samsung phone was seized during the investigation, but Tudor declined to comment during police interviews.
He was subsequently charged and pleaded guilty to four counts of attempting to incite a child under 16 to engage in sexual activity, as well as one count of attempting to cause a child to view sexual images.
At the time of his arrest, Tudor was residing at Old Chester Road in Great Sutton, Ellesmere Port.
The court noted that he had a previously good character, which was taken into account during sentencing.
His defense lawyer, Robin Boag, acknowledged Tudor’s prompt guilty plea, citing his initial attempts to blame his actions on cocaine use and boredom.
The lawyer also admitted that there was an element of sexual gratification involved in Tudor’s conduct.
In sentencing, Recorder Simon Mills emphasized the dangers of engaging in sexual communication with minors via social media.
He highlighted the risks of encountering genuine vulnerable children or being targeted by groups that ruthlessly expose offenders.
The judge expressed concern over why individuals like Tudor engage in such wicked behavior, noting the high likelihood of being caught and the severe consequences that follow.
Ultimately, Tudor was sentenced to two years in prison.
Additionally, he was subjected to sex offender notification requirements and a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for a period of ten years, reflecting the serious nature of his offenses and the ongoing risk he poses to the community.
