STUART ROSE FROM SWINDON ADMITS TO CHILD SEX OFFENSES IN SHOCKING CASE
In a disturbing case that has sent shockwaves through the community of Swindon, Stuart Frank Rose, aged 49, has pleaded guilty to multiple child sex offences during a hearing at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, 17 August.The allegations against Rose involve a series of troubling interactions with young girls, which have now been formally acknowledged in court.
Rose’s crimes include engaging in inappropriate and sexual communications with two minors on separate occasions.
The first set of charges pertains to conversations held between 14 August 2019 and 23 August 2019, as well as on 9 April 2021, where he engaged in sexually explicit dialogue with two children.
The third charge involves an incident on 9 April 2019, where he is accused of causing or inciting a girl under the age of 13 to participate in sexual activity.
During the court proceedings, it was revealed that Rose’s communications with the children were deeply concerning and inappropriate.
He asked a girl about her bra size and whether her breasts are naturally developed, inquired if she wore dresses and tights, and suggested they meet up to go to the woods.
His messages included disturbing descriptions of how he wanted to lift her skirt and touch her breasts, and he even described his own genitalia, telling her that his penis was hard and instructing her on how she should touch it.
Further, Rose asked whether the girl was a virgin, what underwear she wore, and if she would sit on his lap while wearing her school skirt and tights.
He also inquired if her friends’ fathers had shown any sexual interest in her, and explicitly stated his desire to touch her thighs, get into her underwear, and have sex with her.
These exchanges highlight the severity and depravity of his actions.
Given the gravity of the offences, the magistrates determined that the case was too serious to be resolved within their court and decided to transfer it to Swindon Crown Court for sentencing.
A pre-sentence report has been ordered to assist in determining the appropriate punishment.
Rose, who resides on Clementine Road in the Oakhurst area of Swindon, was released on unconditional bail until his next court appearance scheduled for 16 September.
The community and authorities await the upcoming proceedings with concern, as the case underscores the ongoing threat posed by individuals who exploit and harm vulnerable children.
