DUNFERMLINE MAN STUART MCVICARS ESCAPES JAIL AFTER SEXUAL ASSAULT AT PJ MOLLOYS
A man from Dunfermline, Stuart McVicar, narrowly avoided a prison sentence after being convicted of sexually assaulting a woman during a night out at PJ Molloys, a popular venue located on Canmore Street.The incident took place on January 15, and the case was brought before Dunfermline Sheriff Court, where McVicar, aged 46 and residing on Tuke Street, faced sentencing last Wednesday.
McVicar was found guilty following a trial that established he had inappropriately handled the private parts of a female patron during her night out.
The court heard that the assault occurred within the premises of PJ Molloys, a well-known nightclub and pub in Dunfermline, which is often frequented by locals and visitors alike.
