YOUTUBER STUU FACES EXTRADITION OVER CHILD SEX ALLEGATIONS IN POLAND
A British YouTuber known for creating family-oriented content through Minecraft gameplay and wholesome comedy faces extradition to Poland on charges of engaging in sexual activities with girls under the age of 15.Stuart Kluz-Burton, who has a following of four million subscribers under the alias Stuu, was detained in Luton in October 2023 after Polish authorities formally charged him with offenses related to alleged incidents that took place in 2015 and 2018.
On 17 July 2026, the UK Supreme Court confirmed the extradition order, dismissing Kluz-Burton's final appeal and paving the way for his transfer to Polish jurisdiction.
The 34-year-old, who holds both British and Polish citizenship, is now awaiting transfer to Warsaw to face formal charges.
At this point, he has not been convicted of any crimes related to the allegations.
According to the Crown Prosecution Service, Kluz-Burton is charged with one count of sexual contact and three other charges linked to alleged assaults on teenage girls.
Court documents from Warsaw and the Polish arrest warrant indicate that two of these charges involve persuading minors to drink alcohol.
The allegations surfaced in October 2023 after Polish filmmaker Sylwester Wardega released a YouTube video claiming that Kluz-Burton and other creators had inappropriate relationships with underage girls, including sharing chat logs and screenshots as evidence.
Following the publication, Kluz-Burton refused to comment on the accusations when approached, as reported by The Independent based on his court appearances in the UK.
Polish authorities are investigating the case as part of the broader Pandora Gate inquiry into misconduct among Polish-language online content creators.
This investigation was initiated based on material collected by Wardega, fellow commentator Konopskyy, and formal complaints submitted to prosecutors.
Officials in Warsaw have described the case as a significant test of the justice system’s ability to handle allegations against online influencers accused of exploiting young fans.
This situation echoes previous cases involving online personalities and child safety concerns, such as a Scottish man who admitted to using Minecraft to groom children in the United States in 2017.
Court records from Arizona show that he was extradited and pleaded guilty to multiple serious charges.
Polish prosecutors continue to investigate, and authorities have called on the public to provide any relevant information through official channels as part of the Pandora Gate case.
The London Divisional Court previously confirmed that remarks made by ministers targeting Polish prosecutors did not invalidate the extradition warrant.
Kluz-Burton’s legal representatives argued against extradition on several grounds, including claims of political bias, but British judges consistently upheld the legality of the warrant and the extradition request.
He is expected to be transferred to Poland within the coming weeks once logistical arrangements between the UK and Polish authorities are finalized, to face trial on the charges.
