STUART BULLING AND SHOCKING PAEDOPHILE ACTS IN LANCASHIRE

A dangerously disturbed individual, Stuart Bulling, who has a history of sexual offenses involving children, has once again found himself behind bars in Lancashire.

Bulling, a man who openly identifies as a woman, demonstrates blatant disdain for the legal system, the court proceedings, his legal representatives, and probation authorities.

His recent refusal to participate in his sentencing hearing underscores his contempt; he chose to remain silent and stay confined within his cell rather than attend court.

Bulling, aged 54, was convicted in 2019 for offenses including upskirting and creating indecent images of children.

In the latest legal proceedings, which took place at Preston Crown Court, he faced charges encompassing five counts of producing indecent images of children and nine breaches of a sexual harm prevention order.

Bulling had earlier admitted guilt to these charges in March of this year.

However, during the scheduled sentencing hearing on Friday, he made a deliberate choice to absent himself, signaling a disrespectful stance toward the judicial process.

The presiding Recorder, Michelle Brown, expressed her belief that Bulling’s absence was an intentional attempt to disrupt the court proceedings.

The police investigation that led to these charges was initiated in May of the previous year when authorities visited Bulling’s residence in Lancashire.

Officers requested to examine his devices, and initially, he claimed to possess only a mobile phone.

Nonetheless, during their search, law enforcement officials uncovered three SD cards, which Bulling admitted contained a significant amount of questionable material he described as “a lot of bad stuff.” Further investigation revealed additional internet-linked devices that had not been disclosed or registered when police initially inquired.

Upon examining these devices, investigators discovered the use of virtual private networks (VPNs) and cleaning software—tools typically employed to access the dark web and to erase digital footprints, respectively.

These measures suggest a concerted effort by Bulling to conceal his online activities.

The analysis of the data stored on his devices uncovered a disturbing collection of images and videos.

Authorities found 125 Category A indecent images—classified as the most severe—along with 93 Category B images and a staggering 42,587 Category C images.

Additionally, authorities recovered seven extreme pornographic images and one image that was classified as prohibited.

Some of the children depicted in these images were as young as three years old, illustrating the severity and depravity of the material.

The police also uncovered over 34,000 files that remain unexamined due to their voluminous nature.

Aside from images, law enforcement officials found videos recorded by Bulling himself.

Some of these videos showed him walking through Blackburn town centre while filming children—a behavior deemed deeply disturbing, though not explicitly illegal.

Throughout the investigation, Bulling chose not to comment during interviews.

Nevertheless, he later pleaded guilty to all the charges presented against him.

His legal representative, Bob Elias, highlighted that Bulling expressed intense hatred toward probation services and blamed prior offenses on social services and probation interventions.

It was also noted that Bulling, who normally lives as a woman, had taken images in Blackburn Market portraying children.

He claimed to collect these images, comparing them to collectible cards, and admitted to swapping them with others—a disturbing practice that underlines the gravity of his offending.

Bulling’s criminal record is extensive; he has previously been convicted of 57 offenses across 11 different cases, many related to sexual misconduct involving children.

These include convictions for indecent assault and sexual assault on a child under the age of 13.

In the sentencing stage, Michelle Brown described Bulling’s previous release from prison in September 2021, only to face new allegations shortly thereafter.

Police had responded to reports of communications between Bulling and another convicted sex offender.

During the search of his premises, officers discovered the three SD cards filled with highly inappropriate material, breaching his existing sexual harm prevention order.

Brown emphasized the vile and disturbing nature of the content, which inflicts unimaginable suffering on the victims depicted.

The judge expressed grave concern over Bulling’s actions, stating that such individuals contribute to a harmful and illicit market driven by sexual gratification.

She noted his illegal filming of children without their knowledge, raising fears about future offenses and victims.

Considering his lack of remorse and the recent criminal conduct, Brown concluded that Bulling represents a significant risk of re-offending.

As a consequence, Bulling was sentenced to a total term of six years and eight months in prison, comprising an immediate custodial sentence of three years and eight months, followed by a three-year extended license period.

Additionally, he was placed under an indefinite sexual harm prevention order and is mandated to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, reflecting the seriousness of his crimes and the ongoing risk he poses to society.
