June 2016 Exeter man admits distributing child image An Exeter man has been ordered to sign on the sex offenders’ register after he admitted distributing a child abuse image and downloading movies and stills from the internet. Stuart Brading, aged 54, of Avalon Close, Exeter, admitted distributing an indecent photograph of a child on May 5, 2015. The image was at category C, meaning it was of the least offensive type. He also admitted making a total of 26 still and ten moving images of children in June 2013 They included five stills and three movies at the highest category A, which means they depicted serious sexual abuse. Judge Graham Cottle adjourned the case for reports and ordered Brading to sign on the sex offenders’ register.
