A man with a prior history of sexual offences involving young girls has been handed a significant custodial sentence after breaching his sexual offences prevention order once again.
Steven Lach, 55, had previously served time for abusing children and for violating his court order. On Halloween, he was accused of enticing children using a lit pumpkin and offering alcohol. Lach denies that his actions were intended to lure children to his residence.
The court sentenced Lach to more than two years in prison and also extended his licensing conditions, emphasizing the seriousness of his repeated breaches.
