STEPHEN WILKINSON OF ELTON SENTENCED TO 27 MONTHS FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES

Stephen Wilkinson, a 24-year-old from Elton, has been sentenced to 27 months in prison after being convicted of sex offences. The court sentenced him to immediate custody for crimes related to abuse of minors under the age of 16. Wilkinson, who has a previous record of offending, had initially received a suspended sentence; however, this was later overturned on appeal. Additionally, he was placed under a lifelong sexual harm prevention order to prevent further offences.
