MAN CHARGED WITH FAILING TO REGISTER AS SEX OFFENDER IN COURT
Stephen Foster appeared at Wigan & Leigh Magistrates Court on 18 June 2025 for his first hearing.Foster faces allegations linked to breach of the Sex Offenders Register, specifically failing to comply with notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
