PAEDOPHILE HAS BEEN JAILED AFTER HE SEXUALLY ABUSED A SIX YEAR OLD GIRL
February 2023 Pervert abused young girl A paedophile has been jailed after he sexually abused a six year old girl.Stephen John Darragh, 32 and of Weston Super Mare appeared for trial at Bristol Crown Court where he was found guilty by a jury of sexual assault on a child aged under 13.
The court was told that unemployed Darragh was alone with the girl when he molested and kissed her.
Darragh denied the offence which forced the victim to give evidence, but the jury saw through the paedophiles lies and convicted him.
The court heard that Darragh had already spent several terms in prison for various offending which included, domestic violence incidents, violence towards a disabled female, several counts of making off without paying for fuel, criminal damage and theft.
The judge senetenced Darragh to four years and three months A sexual harm prevention order was put in place and he was told to register as a sex offender for life.
