In a significant case that has shocked the Lancashire community, Stephen Carr has been handed a lengthy prison sentence after being convicted of a series of heinous child sex offences.
The 74-year-old, who is currently incarcerated at HMP Wakefield, was found guilty following a detailed trial at Preston Crown Court of committing 32 separate offences against four young male victims.
