SEX OFFENDER ADMITS BREACHING POLICE NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS THREE TIMES
Stephen Baldwin, a 49-year-old registered sex offender from Talley near Llandeilo, admitted to three violations of the police notification obligations mandated by the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Specifically, he did not update his address within three days on January 1, failed to inform authorities about his international travel plans on May 28, 2025, and did not submit a periodic notification due by April 24 of this year.
Baldwin was released on unconditional bail and is scheduled to appear at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on August 14.
A pre-sentence report has been ordered by the court.
