A man identified as Simon Hulme, aged 35, was sentenced to 30 months in prison after being caught by paedophile hunters planning to meet and commit sexual offenses against two young girls in a Staffordshire park. Hulme, who has a prior conviction, engaged with a fake online profile created by the hunters, sending explicit videos and demanding images. The court imposed a sentence of two years’ imprisonment, placed him on the sex offenders register indefinitely, and issued additional restrictions aimed at preventing any contact with children.
