SHAUN ALLAN SENTENCED FOR HORRIFIC SEXUAL ABUSE IN LUDGERSHALL

In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Ludgershall, Shaun Allan, aged 44, has been sentenced to four years in prison after admitting to a series of heinous sexual offenses against a young girl. The abuse, which spanned nearly a decade, began when the victim was only seven or eight years old, and took place at a residence within Ludgershall.

The court heard that Allan was responsible for one count of rape and seven counts of indecent assault. The victim, now an adult, came forward to authorities after learning that Allan had previously pleaded guilty to multiple sexual assault charges involving children. These earlier convictions related to incidents that occurred between 2001 and 2008, for which Allan had received a four-year prison sentence in May 2010.

Following his recent sentencing, Allan’s total time behind bars will be extended to include the additional four-year term, which will run consecutively after the three months he has already served. The court also mandated that Allan’s name will be permanently listed on the sex offenders register, ensuring ongoing monitoring and restrictions for the rest of his life.
