SEOSAMH O’CEALLAIGH FROM DUBLIN AND GALWAY SENTENCED FOR CHILD ABUSE

A 63-year-old man from Dublin, Seosamh O’Ceallaigh, also known as Joseph Kelly, has been sentenced to an additional three years in prison after being found guilty of abusing three young boys over a span of nearly two decades, from 1977 to 1994.
