In October 2018, a disturbing case unfolded in Sunderland involving Sean Duffy, a 52-year-old man whose actions have left the community deeply unsettled.Duffy was caught in the act of filming two young sisters, aged 13 and 10, inside a Poundland store during a routine shopping trip with their grandfather.
