KIRKCALDY RAPIST SCOTT TOUGH SENTENCED TO TEN YEARS FOR DECADE OF ABUSE IN FIFE AND GLASGOW
A man from Thornton near Kirkcaldy has been sentenced to a decade behind bars after a series of heinous sexual offences that spanned nearly twenty years across the Fife region and beyond.Scott Tough, aged 48, faced the High Court in Glasgow where he was convicted on multiple charges, including rape and sexual assault.

In the year 2019, Tough's criminal activities continued as he raped a second woman multiple times.

That same year, he also committed a sexual assault on a third woman, who was similarly incapacitated at the time.
All of these offences took place within the Fife area, specifically in Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes, underscoring a troubling pattern of abuse within the local community.
