PRESTON MEN SADNAM SINGH AND NAVJOT SINGH SENTENCED FOR HORRIFIC ASSAULT ON TEENAGE GIRL

Two men involved in a disturbing and violent assault in Preston, Lancashire, have been formally sentenced for their heinous actions against a 14-year-old girl. The incident, which shocked the local community, took place in the girl’s own home, a place where she should have felt completely safe and secure.

Sadnam Singh, aged 28, and Navjot Singh, aged 26, were both convicted of sexually assaulting the young girl. Following their trial, the court handed down a sentence of two and a half years in prison to each of the offenders. The assault occurred during a moment when the girl was home alone, having answered the door to the two men who were delivering a television. According to reports, Sadnam Singh physically restrained her by pinning her against the wall, during which he committed the assault. Meanwhile, Navjot Singh was present at the scene, watching the attack unfold and reportedly laughing at the distress of the young girl. The trauma inflicted on her was evident, as she was left crying hysterically immediately after the incident.

Following the attack, the girl quickly contacted her mother, who was away at work, to report what had happened. The police were promptly notified, and Lancashire Police officers arrested both men on the same day in Preston. The police confirmed that the assault took place within the girl’s own home, a violation of her personal space and a breach of her sense of safety and trust.
