CHINNOR DOMESTIC ABUSER JAILED AS EX SPEAKS OF 'AWFUL' ORDEAL
Danielle Green, a survivor of domestic violence, shared her harrowing experience following the imprisonment of her former partner, Ryan McClenaghan, who received a 23-month sentence on July 6.The court revealed that the 27-year-old from Cleavers, Chinnor, committed several crimes on Easter Sunday, such as assault causing actual bodily harm, theft from an individual, and criminal damage at Turners Place in Holmer Green.
Additionally, he was found guilty of exposure and racially motivated harassment, causing alarm or distress to two other victims at The Orchard, Hazlemere.
Danielle described their relationship as initially being 'inseparable,' but it gradually worsened, culminating in an incident that led her to seek police help.
She also shared her ongoing challenges with recovery, including anxiety, and expressed pride in having reported the abuse, feeling reassured that the justice system responded appropriately.
McClenaghan's two-year sentence underscores the importance of speaking out against domestic violence.
