SEX OFFENDER PUNISHED FOR EXTREME PORNOGRAPHY STASH
A sex offender who possessed explicit videos depicting sexual acts between humans and animals, including horses and dogs, also had photographs of children.Ross Everitt was found to have created two Category C indecent images of minors and distributed another photograph.
At Colchester Magistrates’ Court, it was revealed that the 40-year-old also held extreme pornography involving bestiality.
During an investigation, police discovered that Everitt, residing on Forest Road in Witham, possessed a total of 15 images and nine videos containing illegal and disturbing content.
Everitt pleaded guilty to all three charges but avoided imprisonment as magistrates sentenced him accordingly.
All electronic devices, along with the photographs and videos linked to the offenses, have been confiscated for destruction.
He was mandated to register as a sex offender for five years and placed under a sexual harm prevention order for the same duration.
In addition, Everitt is required to participate in up to 60 days of a rehabilitation activity program and complete 250 hours of unpaid community work.
He was also ordered to pay court costs of £200 and a surcharge intended to support victim services.
