Kelty man, 21, admits assaulting pregnant woman at her home

A pregnant woman was assaulted at her residence when Ronan Michie, aged 21, from Beechbank Crescent, Kelty, physically attacked her by grabbing her by the throat. The incident took place on November 15 at an address in Cowdenbeath. Michie admitted to assaulting the pregnant woman, which resulted in her injury. Court proceedings have been initiated, and Michie is scheduled to appear for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on March 1. Sheriff Charles MacNair has ordered reports and the case continues under judicial review.
