In a case that has spanned decades, Ronald Hughes, a man previously associated with the Salvation Army, faced a significant legal battle to clear his name after being convicted of serious sexual offenses. Hughes, who is now 66 years old and residing on Burford Road in Horsham, West Sussex, was at the time of the crimes living in Merthyr Tydfil during the 1990s.
