According to court proceedings, Walker admitted to the charges that occurred on April 16. The allegations state that he sexually assaulted the woman by physically touching her breast, specifically by putting his hand up her shirt and exposing her breasts. The case was heard at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, where Sheriff Simon Collins presided over the proceedings.
