KENSINGTON MAN SENTENCED FOR KIDNAPPING AND SEXUAL ASSAULT OF 9-YEAR-OLD GIRL
A man has been officially charged with kidnapping and multiple sexual offences after a nine-year-old girl was reported missing in Brompton Road, Kensington, on Monday, April 22.
Robert Prussak, aged 56 and of no fixed abode, appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on April 24.
He faces charges including kidnapping, two counts of sexual assault on a girl under 13, and administering a substance with the intent to stupefy or overpower to facilitate sexual activity.
The incident involves a young girl who went missing in the area, leading to Prussak's arrest and court appearance.
He has also been charged with committing an offence with the intent to commit a sexual offence, according to Scotland Yard.
Prussak has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on May 22.
