She repeatedly asked him to stop, but he ignored her pleas, further illustrating the brutality of the assault.
The second incident occurred in May 2018 at Exeter Quay, a popular area known for its vibrant social scene.
Prout had been drinking with a group of friends when the victim invited him back to her house.
The group shared a bong, listened to music, and smoked together.
Tensions arose when Prout was told to sleep on the sofa, leading to further conflict.
The victim recalled talking to him in her room before falling asleep.
Upon waking, she was horrified to find Prout on top of her, having allegedly stripped her and assaulted her while she was unconscious.
Her friend entered the room during the assault, which caused Prout to be caught in the act.
The victim was found naked, and Prout was arrested at the scene by police.
