Specifically, Hughes admitted to possessing a total of 60 indecent images, with 20 of these classified at Level 4, which is recognized as the second most serious category of such images. Judge Michael Kay QC presided over the case and decided to adjourn sentencing until March 31, to allow for a probation report to be prepared.
