PRISON FOR CAERNARFON MAN, 42, FOR CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE
A man from Caernarfon has received a 12-year prison sentence for child sexual abuse crimes.Richard Tung, aged 42 and from Penisarwaun, was convicted at Nottingham Crown Court in April following a trial.
He was found guilty of seven charges, which include two counts of child rape, two counts of engaging in sexual acts with a child, two counts of encouraging or inciting a child to participate in sexual activities, and indecent assault.
Additionally, he was acquitted of two other charges involving sexual activity with a child.
Tung is required to register as a sex offender indefinitely, is prohibited from working with children, and has been subject to a restraining order.
