BANBURY SEX OFFENDER PETER WASILEWSKI SENTENCED FOR OUTRAGING PUBLIC DECENCY IN SHOCKING INCIDENT
In a recent case that has shocked the community of Banbury, Peter Wasilewski, a 44-year-old man with a history of offending, has been sentenced to prison for actions that severely outraged public decency.The incident, which took place in the heart of Banbury, prompted a swift response from Thames Valley Police, leading to a thorough investigation and subsequent legal proceedings.
Wasilewski, who was identified as homeless at the time, appeared before Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, April 23rd.

The offending act occurred on March 16th of the previous year, around 4:20 PM, when Wasilewski was seen exposing himself indecently to a victim on High Street, one of Banbury’s busiest thoroughfares.

Following the incident, authorities acted swiftly.
Wasilewski was apprehended on March 29th of the same year, just over two weeks after the offense.
His arrest was part of an ongoing investigation, which culminated in his formal indictment on November 14th.
