PETER LANCASTER SENTENCED TO EIGHT YEARS IN PRISON FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES IN PRIORS MARSTON AREA
In September 2017, a man from Kettering was sentenced to a total of eight years behind bars for historic child sexual offences committed in the Priors Marston area.Peter John Lancaster, aged 48, was brought before Warwick Crown Court where he received his sentence on September 21. He was convicted of five counts related to these past offences.
The court found Lancaster guilty of one count of buggery, for which he received an eight-year sentence; one count of indecency with a child, resulting in a 12-month sentence to run concurrently; and three counts of indecent assault on a male, each carrying a five-year sentence, also to run concurrently.
These charges stem from an investigation by Warwickshire Police into allegations of sexual misconduct that occurred between November 1983 and November 1987, during which Lancaster was between 14 and 18 years old.
