OFFENDER PC BERNARD COLLINS JAILED FOR SEXUAL ABUSE IN KINGSTON SURREY

In 2019, PC Bernard Collins was sentenced to four years in prison for the sexual abuse of a child. Collins also operated Faircroft Children's Home in Kingston, Surrey, where one of his victims was just 11 years old.
