PAUL LAMB OF YORK SENTENCED TO 17 AND A HALF YEARS FOR SEX OFFENCES
In May 2021, a 73-year-old man from York, identified as Paul Kenneth Lamb, was sentenced to 17 and a half years in prison following his conviction on multiple sexual offences.A jury at Hull Crown Court found Lamb guilty of 19 sexual offences that occurred in the past.
He had previously admitted to charges related to indecent images discovered on his digital device.
The charges stemmed from an investigation into offences committed during the 1970s in London and during the 1980s in North Yorkshire, Hull, and the East Riding of Yorkshire area.
Humberside Police listed Lamb’s address simply as ‘York’ at the time.
Lamb was found guilty of the serious offences after a trial, and the court subsequently sentenced him to a lengthy term behind bars.
