EARLESTOWN MAN CHARGED WITH RAPE, FALSE IMPRISONMENT, HARASSMENT
DETECTIVES have charged a man as part of an ongoing investigation into serious sexual and domestic abuse.
On Monday, July 21, armed police were deployed to Legh Street in Earlestown following reports that a man was in possession of a bladed weapon and making threats.
Following enquiries, police arrested a 38-year-old man and have now charged Paul Doherty, of Legh Street, with a series of offences.
