PAUL BLAIKIE SENTENCED TO 16 YEARS IN MANCHESTER FOR GROOMING AND RAPE

A man has been sentenced to 16 years in prison for grooming and raping five young girls over a decade.

Luis Moreno, 66, from Manchester, who has a spinal deformity, victimized multiple girls, with his offenses only coming to light after the victims stepped forward.

Moreno is also subject to a harm prevention order upon his release and is considered highly dangerous by authorities.
