MAN ON THE RUN WITH DISTINCTIVE TATTOO
Update 22/06/2026: Pascal Bitton, aged 35, received a sentencing at North Somerset Court on Thursday, June 11, after being found guilty of multiple charges following a trial held earlier in the year.He was convicted of rape, sexual assault, encouraging a girl to partake in sexual acts, non-penetrative sexual activity with a minor, two counts of attempting to supply a Class A drug, involvement in the drug supply of cannabis, and possession of a weapon.
Bitton was sentenced to serve 10 years and six months in prison.
Additionally, he was subject to an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).
The court proceedings revealed that Bitton would target teenage girls alone, acquiring their contact information before offering them rides in his vehicle.
He would then provide alcohol and drugs to the victims, later sexually abusing them while they were alone and under the influence.
His conviction was part of an investigation into child sexual exploitation that lasted several years.

He is a wanted man with a distinctive tribal tattoo on his right arm.
Pascal Bitton, 30, from Weston-super-Mare, is being hunted by officers on recall to prison.
He has tattoos including a tribal picture on his right bicep, a large Japanese Koi carp on his right arm, and a blue Koi carp on his upper right arm.
Bitton is described as white, male, about 5ft 5in tall and of medium build, with brown hair.
He may have a light brown beard and speaks with a West Country accent.
Avon and Somerset police urge anyone who sees Bitton to call 999 immediately and have warned the public not to approach him.
