OLIVER SHARP NORWICH SEX OFFENDER GETS SECOND CHANCE AFTER ATTACK ON 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL
In January 2021, a disturbing case involving Oliver Sharp, a 43-year-old man from Norwich, came to light as he was sentenced for a series of sexual offences committed against a teenage girl.The incident took place during a sleepover at Sharp's former residence in Gipsy Close, Norwich, where the victim, a 15-year-old girl, was subjected to a distressing assault after being lured with alcohol.
According to court proceedings held at Norwich Crown Court on January 7, 2021, Sharp pleaded guilty to three counts of sexual offences, including engaging in sexual activity with a minor under the age of 16.
The case revealed that Sharp had initially picked up the two 15-year-old girls from Anglia Square in Norwich on July 3, 2019.
He then drove them to his home address, where the troubling events unfolded.
The court heard that Sharp left the house at around 9 pm to purchase a litre of gin, which he then supplied to the teenagers.
