MAN JAILED FOR INDECENT ACTS ON LONDON UNDERGROUND AND ONLINE
A man from Forest Gate has been sentenced to 16 months in prison after posting videos of himself engaging in indecent acts on the London Underground.Nikki Darke, aged 37 and residing on Earlham Grove, carried out multiple inappropriate acts, including urinating on seats and masturbating in front of fellow passengers while travelling on the Piccadilly Line between February and July 2021.
Darke also uploaded recordings of his behaviour to social media platforms such as Twitter and OnlyFans, where he operated under the pseudonym ‘public p***er’ and charged viewers for access, according to the British Transport Police (BTP).
He was detained on September 4 following a plainclothes police patrol who identified him during his journey.
During the search of his phone, authorities discovered he was also using his online accounts to seek out indecent images of children.
When questioned during an interview, Darke claimed he was sharing videos of “doing really stupid things in public places” for entertainment.
He admitted to publishing the videos and taking requests from followers online in order to make money, asserting “The people that pay, that’s what they want to see.” Darke appeared in the Crown Court for Inner London on October 7, facing charges including outraging public decency, criminal damage four times, and making indecent images of children three times.
On December 3, Darke received a 16-month prison sentence and was subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) for 10 years, which prohibits him from taking photographs or videos in any public location.
